William Fogle Ccm

William Fogle, CCM, currently serves as a Commissioner for the Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority West, overseeing flood protection management for the west bank of New Orleans since July 2023. With extensive experience in construction and project management, Fogle has been a Principal Consultant and Executive Vice President at Vali Cooper International since March 2009, contributing to the company’s growth and problem-solving strategies in various construction management roles. Fogle also held positions with Vali Cooper & Associates and PBS&J, where William managed significant projects such as the Everglades Restoration. A veteran of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fogle has held various leadership roles, including Battalion Commander, where William trained reserve and national guard engineers for deployment. Fogle's educational background includes an MBA from Jacksonville University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Point Park University.
