Ellen Ballard serves as a Staff Attorney at Southeast Louisiana Legal Services, where Ellen provides legal counsel and represents the department in complex litigation. With experience as an Attorney At Law and Manager of DCFS Bureau of Appeals, Ellen has a strong background in legal advocacy and appeals. Ellen holds a Jurisdoctorate from Southern University Law Center and a Bachelor's Degree in Pre-Law from Southeastern Louisiana University.
