Paul Tuttle

Paul Tuttle has been the Director at Low Income Taxpayer Clinic at Southeast Louisiana Legal Services since September 2014, where Paul represents low income taxpayers in disputes with state and federal taxing authorities. Paul also serves as the Managing Attorney at Southeast Louisiana Legal Services since October 1996, providing free civil legal services for low income persons in Southeast Louisiana. Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Civil Law from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
