Matthew Baker

Matthew Baker is an accomplished Orthopaedic Surgeon currently serving as the Department Chair at Southeast Hospital since April 2019 and as an Orthopedic Surgeon at Washington County Memorial Hospital since June 2018. Prior experience includes a role as an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Mercy from October 2016 to April 2019 and as a Fellow at Johns Hopkins Hospital from August 2015 to August 2016. Matthew Baker completed residency training at UMKC and Truman Medical Centers from July 2009 to June 2015, following the attainment of a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2009.
