Ken Duffy

Ken Duffy is a highly experienced academic currently serving as a Professor and Interim Chair of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Northeastern University since January 2023. Previously, Ken held various positions, including Professor, Director, and Acting Director at the Hamilton Institute, National University of Ireland Maynooth, from January 2005 to December 2022. A Visiting Professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology during a sabbatical from September 2015 to August 2016, Ken also worked as a Research Fellow at the Dublin Institute of Technology from September 2001 to December 2004 and as a Research Scientist at Corvil from September 2000 to August 2001. Ken Duffy earned both an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Mathematics and Probability from Trinity College Dublin between 1992 and 2000.
