Mitzie S.

Mitzie S. has a solid work experience with a focus on patient support operations. Currently, Mitzie holds the position of Vice President of Patient Support Operations at Southeast Primary Care Partners since May 2023. Prior to this role, Mitzie served as the Director of Patient Support Center at the same company from August 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining Southeast Primary Care Partners, Mitzie worked at Benevis for a considerable period. Mitzie's roles at Benevis include serving as a Call Center Director from March 2019 to August 2022, a Call Center Analyst from November 2017 to March 2019, and a Call Center Supervisor from April 2009 to November 2017.

Mitzie S. began their education journey in 2008 at Georgia State University Perimeter College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Sociology. Mitzie completed their studies in 2010. In 2011, Mitzie continued their education at the same institution and obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching within the same year.

Showing a strong interest in business, they subsequently enrolled at Kennesaw State University in 2011 and earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations in 2014.

Mitzie then decided to further their knowledge and skills in the field of business by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Kennesaw State University, commencing in 2022. This program is expected to conclude in 2024.
