Richard Shuster

Richard Shuster, CPA, currently serves as Managing Partner at 47 Capital Management, a private investment firm focused on direct debt, equity, and hybrid investments. In addition, Richard holds the position of Principal at Southeast Property Group, specializing in value-add multifamily real estate investments in the southeastern United States. Previously, Richard was CFO of Vocodia, where advanced AI-driven customer contact solutions were developed. Richard gained significant experience at Arise Bioscience, leading a successful sell-side process for the company, and held roles at ACM Capital Partners, Vert Capital Corp, and Sattvic Partners, where strategic financial solutions and investment services were provided. Early career experiences include roles at Lynx Capital Group and Marcus & Millichap, focusing on real estate investment analysis and client relationship management. Richard earned a Master's degree in Accounting from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida.
