Frank Costanzo

Frank Costanzo is a seasoned professional in the field of estimating, currently serving as the Corporate Estimating Manager at The STI Group since July 2016. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Estimator at CCC Group, Inc. from December 2002 to July 2016, and as VP of Estimating at Century Contractors from January 2000 to June 2002. Frank began in the estimating sector at Austin Industrial, Inc. as the Manager of Estimating from October 1978 to December 1999. Educational qualifications include a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lamar University, obtained between 1974 and 1977, along with a diploma from Thomas Jefferson High School, completed between 1971 and 1974.
