Southeastern Container
James “Marty” Martin began his career as a Training Specialist with Fluor Daniel Engineering. Marty brought his expertise to Southeastern Container in 1994 as the Safety & Training Manager and later, the Team Development Manager. Marty earned the promotion to General Manager in what was then their new blow molding production facility in Cleveland, Tennessee, where he served for 13 years. He moved back to NC in 2013 to manage the preform production facility in Enka, North Carolina. In 2020, Marty assumed the role of Director of Engineering & New Business Development and in early 2023 was promoted to VP of Engineering and Product Development.

Southeastern Container, Inc. was formed by a group of independent Coca Cola bottlers in the early 80's to produce their own PET packaging needs, and has grown to be one of the world's largest and most respected PET processors. Today SEC ships PET preforms and bottles to over fifty Coca-Cola bottling and co-packing operations in the United States and Canada, stretching from Quebec to Florida and as far west as Montana,covering thirty-four states and six Canadian provinces.
