Amy Ripper, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Amy began their career at Target in 2001, where they held various leadership roles, including Executive Team Leader for Human Resources and Executive Team Leader for Guest Experience/Salesfloor. In these positions, they were responsible for staffing, team development, and employment brand. In 2008, they joined Sheraton Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Human Resources for the Sheraton Jacksonville Hotel, where they led a team in supporting all HR functions. Since 2009, Amy has been with Southeastern Grocers, starting as a Human Resources Business Partner and working their way up to Senior Director roles. In their current position, Amy serves as a strategic HR leader and business partner to executive leadership, providing guidance on HR and talent acquisition matters. Amy has experience leading teams and implementing strategies to improve operational effectiveness through talent, culture, and performance strategies.

Amy Ripper, SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Clothing, Textiles, and Merchandising from Florida State University. Amy also has an Associate degree in Arts from Tallahassee Community College. In 2020, Amy obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Additionally, they hold certifications in the Prosci® Methodology Application Program and as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, obtained in 2022 and 2021 respectively.
