Geoff Chong

Geoff Chong has over 27 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Geoff currently serves as the Sr. Director, IT Corporate Systems at Southeastern Grocers, where they are responsible for overseeing IT operations for Harveys Supermarket and Winn-Dixie grocery stores. Prior to this, Geoff worked as a Senior Information Technology Contractor at CSX, providing strategic IT guidance. Geoff also served as a Program Director at North Highland, where they managed client projects and consulting teams. Geoff's experience also includes their tenure at IBM as a Senior Managing Consultant and Managing Consultant, where they developed and implemented CRM and Business Intelligence solutions for various clients. Geoff began their career as a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, leading CRM improvement projects for clients. Geoff's expertise also extends to their time as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young MCS, where they focused on system integration projects for various clients. Throughout their career, Geoff has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of successful project management.

Geoff Chong earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with dual majors in Information Systems and Financial Accounting from the University of Cape Town, Cape Town South Africa, from 1990 to 1993. Geoff later obtained an Honors Degree in Information Systems from the same institution, which they completed in 1994.
