Greg Jackson has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and digital strategy. Greg has held various leadership roles in companies like Southeastern Grocers, Universal Studios Hollywood, Schnuck Markets, Inc., Disney Parks & Resorts, and Larson Company. In their most recent role as Vice President, Customer Strategy and Media at Southeastern Grocers, they lead the team overseeing the digital roadmap and strategies for various brands. Greg has also played a key role in the development and management of loyalty programs, digital marketing, and social media strategies. Prior to that, they have held director-level positions at Universal Studios, Schnuck Markets, and Disney Parks & Resorts, where they contributed to the growth and success of digital marketing and social media initiatives. In their earlier career, they gained experience as a marketing coordinator and also participated in the Disney College Program.
Greg Jackson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they studied Computer Graphics Technology at Purdue University from 2004 to 2005. In addition, they obtained a Sprinklr Listening Certification from Sprinklr in November 2016.
