Jennifer B.

Jennifer B. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jennifer started their career as a Teacher at the School Board of Alachua County in 2007, where they designed curriculum and presented projects at regional conferences. In 2012, they joined Regency Centers as a Lease Administrator, responsible for abstracting lease information and training new employees. Jennifer then transitioned to Southeastern Grocers, where they held various roles, including Regional Property Manager, Real Estate Manager, Director of Real Estate, and Senior Director of Innovation. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Format Strategy at Southeastern Grocers. Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in real estate and innovation.

Jennifer B. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida between 2002 and 2006. Jennifer also holds a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, obtained in 2021.
