Kate Rudolph has over 18 years of experience in the retail industry, currently serving as North Florida Field HRBP at Southeastern Grocers since September 2021. Prior to this, Kate held multiple managerial roles at Winn-Dixie, including Store Manager since March 2005, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring outstanding customer service while maintaining effective profitability. Kate's previous roles also include Assist Store Manager, Service Area Manager, Center Store Manager, Front End Manager, Assistant Grocery Manager, and Bakery Manager, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of store operations and employee development.
