Matthew Soots

Matthew Soots has over 30 years of retail management experience, currently serving as Senior Manager of Workforce Practice at Southeastern Grocers since March 2015, with a focus on culture change and the implementation of a Fresh production forecasting tool. Previously, Matthew held various managerial positions at Southeastern Grocers, including Ways of Working Manager and Manager of Front End and Revenue. Prior to this, Matthew was a Store Director at BI-LO Winn Dixie Stores from August 1993 to March 2015. Matthew completed an Associate of Arts degree in Business/Office Automation/Technology/Data Entry at Polk State College from 2015 to 2017 and graduated from Haines City High School in 1994.
