Rodric Mitchell

Rodric Mitchell has extensive experience in instructional design and training development, currently serving as Manager of Learning Solutions at Southeastern Grocers since May 2013. Throughout various leadership roles, including Senior Manager and Manager of Content Development and Design, Rodric has collaborated with Field Operations, Human Resources, and Merchandising to create educational solutions aligned with business objectives while integrating adult learning theory. Prior experience at BI-LO Winn Dixie Stores involved roles such as Instructional Designer and Department Training Specialist, focusing on instructional design and retail training initiatives. Rodric holds a degree in Foreign Language and International Trade from the University of Alabama at Huntsville, obtained between 1986 and 1992.
