Shawn Sloan

Shawn Sloan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Shawn started their career in 1984 at Winn Dixie Stores, where they held multiple roles including Store Management Training, Store Director, Region Work Methods Supervisor, Region, Produce Buyer/Merchandiser, District Director, Region Operations Manager, Director of Retail Operations, and finally Vice President of Retail Operations. In 2012, they moved to Southeastern Grocers, where they served as Vice President of Retail Operations and later as Region Vice President. Additionally, Shawn worked briefly as a Private Investigator at Salen and Associates, LLC in 1987.

Shawn Sloan attended Broward College from 1986 to 1990, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. In 2021, they obtained a certification as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci.
