Patricia Douglas

Patricia Douglas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance within various organizations. Currently serving as a member of the Cultural Assets Commission for Hillsborough County, Patricia also holds the position of CEO and Founder of Patricia Douglas Consulting, LLC, established in January 2020. Additional roles include President of the Board of Directors for the Academy Prep Centers for Education, Development Chair at WEDU PBS, and Trustee at the Tampa Museum of Art. Patricia is also a member of the Board of Trustees and Head of the Governance Committee at Quantum Leap Farm, as well as an active participant on the Board of Trustees for the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay since 2008. A former partner at Bush Ross, P.A., from 1987 to 2003, Patricia’s academic credentials include a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Florida and executive education from Harvard Business School.
