Clare Rashel

Clare Rashel is an experienced educator with a focus on biology and mathematics, currently serving as a Biology Teacher at Southend Adult Community College since September 2019. Previously, Clare taught at South Essex College of Further and Higher Education, where responsibilities included teaching mathematics to students aged 16 and older and addressing various barriers to learning. Clare also contributed to the NHS as a breastfeeding peer supporter, providing training and support during antenatal and postnatal periods, and has experience in tutor support and teacher training at Southend Adult Community College. Earlier career roles include managing the media department at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH and maintaining culture collections. Clare holds a PGCE in Education from the University of Essex and a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Hertfordshire.
