Prior to this role, Ronald held multiple leadership positions at Covetrus from September 2016 to July 2025, including Pharmacist In Charge, where responsibilities included directing pharmacy staff, ensuring quality compounding, and maintaining regulatory standards. Ronald's experience in pharmacy management dates back to ADVANCE HEALING SOLUTIONS OF HOUSTON and Syncor International, where expertise in retail, compounding, and nuclear pharmacy was developed. Educational credentials include an MBA from Houston Christian University and a B.S. in Pharmacy from Purdue University.
