Mark Beattie has extensive experience in hospitality operations, currently serving as the General Manager of Hospitality Operations and Culinary Campus Manager at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) since October 2013. Prior to this role, Mark held positions at Delta Hotels from November 2009 to October 2013, including Director of Outlets and Food and Beverage Outlets Manager. Mark’s career in the food and beverage sector began at Delta Bow Valley from 2009 to 2011 as F&B Outlets Manager, and previously at Delta Calgary South as Food and Beverage Manager from March 2009 to August 2009.
