Sophie Delaquis

Sophie Delaquis is an experienced professional with a background in architecture and event planning. Currently serving as Lead, Minor Official at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) since October 2023, Sophie has previously held roles including Construction Coordinator at Mattamy Homes in the summer of 2024, and Architectural Technician at Architecture49 Inc. from February 2022 to January 2024. Additionally, Sophie gained valuable experience as an Event Planning Intern at Soiree, focusing on multiple aspects of event management, and served as Director of Communications for the Architectural Technologies Student Association from September 2021 to May 2022. Educational credentials include a Diploma of Education in Architecture from SAIT (2020-2022) and a High School Diploma from Balmoral Hall School (2014-2020).
