Cynthia Garcia

Cynthia Garcia serves as the Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Tucson Electric Power, where responsibilities include strategic direction, clean energy transition, and ensuring reliable energy delivery. With a career spanning over two decades at Tucson Electric Power, Cynthia has held various key positions, including Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Energy Delivery, and Superintendent of Transmission & Distribution Operations. In addition to the electric utility sector, Cynthia is actively involved in leadership roles within several non-profit organizations, such as serving as the Chair of the TMC Hospital Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation Board. Cynthia holds a dual degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona.
