Kim started her SAFCO career in the Orlando Call Center in February 2012. Starting in an entry level position, she worked in many different departments within the Company. Kim joined the Quality, Compliance and Operations team in 2015 and now as Director, is now responsible for ensuring the company maintains Quality and Compliance in all aspects.
