Bill Griffin

Bill Griffin is the current Director of Leadership & Development and SVP at Southern Bank and Trust Company. Bill has held this position since January of 2001. Prior to that, they were the Director of Field Human Resources for Church's Chicken from January of 1999 to January of 2001. In that role, they were responsible for providing overall direction and counsel regarding recruiting, interviewing and selection, employee relations, EEOC/DOL response, succession planning and development of internal resources for 500 company-owned restaurants.

From January of 1997 to January of 1999, Bill was the Human Resources Manager for National Textiles. And from January of 2005 to May of 2020, they were the Owner/President of PERFORMANCE CONNECTIONS, LLC.

Bill Griffin received their M.Div in Theology from Grace Seminary and their B.R.E. in youth and Th.B in admin from Piedmont Baptist College.
