Carla Gipson Hales

Carla Gipson Hales has extensive experience in customer service and banking, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative and previously as Teller II at Southern Bank and Trust Company since December 2015. Prior to this role, Carla worked as a Telecommunicator at Wayne County Office of Emergency Services from June 2014 to November 2015, and spent over a decade at BB&T as a Senior Teller/Teller Mentor from April 2001 to August 2012. Carla holds a high school diploma from Rosewood High School, earned from 1994 to 1998, and has pursued further education at Wayne Community College.
