Charles Boswell

Charles Boswell is an experienced church leader and pastor currently serving as the Church Health and Leadership N4 Field Representative for the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention since January 2022. Over a distinguished career spanning several decades, Charles has held leadership positions in various churches, including Senior Pastor roles at Immanuel Baptist Church, Lakeview Baptist Church, and FBC Santa Fe, NM, where Charles successfully managed numerous challenges, including membership divisions and financial restructuring. Charles's background includes substantial experience in church revitalization and community outreach, as well as achieving notable growth in church membership and spiritual vitality. Academically, Charles holds a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership and two additional degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, complemented by an undergraduate degree from Dallas Baptist University.
