Abel Santana

Abel Santana is a Senior Research Technician / GIS Analyst at Southern California Coastal Water Research Project. Abel has experience in designing, developing, and implementing GIS applications using Python and R. Abel also serves as a Network Administrator, responsible for maintaining and supporting organizational computer systems. Previously, Abel worked as a Research Technician providing technical knowledge in Data Management and Network Administration. Abel also served as a Supplemental Instruction Leader at California State University, Long Beach. Abel holds a Master's Degree in Geospatial Science, a Bachelor's Degree in Geography, and an Associate's Degree in General Studies.
