Jake Lessie

Jake Lessie is a seasoned mechanical design engineer with extensive experience in the design and manufacturing of consumer products, including sports equipment, medical devices, and electronics. From January 2019 to July 2023, Jake served as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Southern California Design Company & Indi Golf, where expertise in SolidWorks, manufacturing processes, and client relationship management was demonstrated. Previous roles include Mechanical Engineer at Nortek Security & Control and various internships, showcasing skills in product manufacturability, automated manufacturing improvement, and stress analysis. Jake holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Math, from Brigham Young University.
