Jose C. Torres Hernandez

Jose C. Torres Hernandez is a skilled data scientist currently working at the Southern California Food Allergy Institute since December 2020. Previously, Jose held the position of Graduate Research Assistant at San Diego State University from January 2018 to December 2020, where significant projects included measuring the age of the star cluster NGC 2516 using data from the Transiting Exoplanet Space Telescope and European Southern Observatory, investigating the Hubble Constant with time series images of supernovae, and utilizing Gaia satellite data for predicting star positions within the Milky Way.
