Thomas Hall

Thomas Hall, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Organizational Development Advisor and Talent Management Program Manager at SoCalGas since December 2020. Previously, Thomas held positions as Principal Human Resources Partner and Senior Human Resources Partner at Raytheon Technologies from March 2017 to November 2020. Thomas began the career at Jamboree Housing Corporation, progressing from Intern to Human Resources Associate and then Human Resources Specialist between June 2008 and March 2017. Thomas earned a B.A. in International Studies with a Management Minor, alongside a B.A. in Comparative Literature from UC Irvine, where a Certificate in Human Resources Management was also obtained. Additionally, Thomas participated in a study abroad program in Management at The University of Hong Kong.
