Caitlin Ormsby

Caitlin Ormsby has extensive experience in organizational and employee development, currently serving as a Senior Organizational Development Advisor and Senior Employee Development Advisor at San Diego Gas & Electric since May 2021. Prior to this role, Caitlin worked as a Manager of Teacher Leadership Development at Teach For America from August 2017 to April 2021, and held positions as a Science Teacher and Curriculum Designer at Spokane Public Schools and a Science Teacher at Kent Public Schools and New Bedford Public Schools from 2012 to 2017. Caitlin earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and Geography (GIS) from the University of Washington, completing studies in 2012.
