Crystal Olivo has a diverse range of work experience. Crystal is currently employed at Southern California Health & Rehabilation Program (SCHARP) as the Chief Program Officer since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at BARBOUR & FLOYD MEDICAL ASSOCIATES as the Chief Program Officer starting in June 2023. Crystal also has experience as a Psychotherapist at Epiphany Counseling and Consulting Treatment Services since August 2015. Crystal has held various roles at different organizations, such as Wraparound Program Manager at SCHARP from May 2016 to June 2018, Wraparound Supervisor at Southern California Health and Rehabilitation (SCHARP) from April 2013 to May 2016, Therapist at Tessie Cleveland Community Services Corps from October 2010 to March 2013, and Mental Health Specialist II at Starview Community Services from June 2009 to October 2010. Crystal started their career as a PSW intern at San Pedro School Mental Health in September 2008 and also worked at Arena Painting Contractors (APC) as a Time Keeper from September 2007 to August 2008. Crystal began their professional career as an Msw Intern at Little Company of Mary Hospital in August 2007.

Crystal Olivo earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. Crystal then pursued a Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Southern California, from 2007 to 2009.
