Woody Isbell has a work experience that spans from 2012 onwards. Woody started their career as a CADD Technician at Southern Case Arts in January 2012 and worked in that role until January 2016. Woody then advanced within the company and became an Assistant Engineering Manager in January 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing Autodesk Vault, Autodesk Inventor drafters, and standards, as well as overseeing project flow through the Engineering department and integrating systems between Engineering and consecutive departments. Woody was also involved in parametric modeling and drafting of finished goods for part vendors and internal assemblies for manufacture. Additionally, they coded and maintained code for add-ins and plugins for Autodesk software to improve workflow efficiency and minimize repetitive tasks and errors. In May 2019, they were promoted to Engineering Manager, and in June 2021, they further advanced and assumed the position of Director of Engineering at Southern Case Arts.
