Charles R. Crisp

Charles R. Crisp is the retired President and Chief Executive of Coral Energy, LLC, a subsidiary of Shell Oil Company, which provided energy-related products and services associated with wholesale natural gas and power, where he served from 1999 until October 2000. Mr. Crisp also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company where he served from 1998 to 1999. Prior to joining Coral Energy, he served as president of power generation at Houston Industries, Inc. from 1996 until 1998 and as President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Tejas Gas Corporation, a major intrastate natural gas pipeline company, from 1988 until 1996. Mr. Crisp began his career in the oil and gas industry more than 40 years ago with Conoco, Inc., where he held various engineering, operations and management positions.

Mr. Crisp has accumulated over 15 years of experience as a Director of publicly traded energy companies. Mr. Crisp currently serves as Director of EOG Resources, Inc., Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. and Targa Resources Corporation.
