Aby Parsons

Aby Parsons is an experienced professional specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and talent management, with a track record in various leadership roles across organizations. At Southern Company, Aby served as Talent Management Program Manager and Talent Inclusion Manager, focusing on employee engagement and inclusion training programs. Prior experience includes a role as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Georgia Power Company, where DEI strategy was developed for a large workforce. Additionally, Aby directed the LGBTQIA Resource Center at Georgia Institute of Technology, leading policy initiatives and managing operations.
