Doss Kevin Dingli

Doss Kevin Dingli is a seasoned professional in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and technology management, currently serving as the Manager of the GIS Center of Excellence at Southern Company since August 2024. With a robust background, Doss has held significant roles at Entergy from June 2019 to August 2024, including IT Manager for Utility Operations and Senior Solution Architect for ESRI/GIS. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Enterprise GIS at the National Audubon Society and various technical positions at Radiance Technologies, FEMA, and Nvision Solutions, Inc. Doss's career began after earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Mississippi State University in 2004, and includes notable contributions to GIS in emergency management following Hurricane Katrina.
