Senior Application Lead/architect Consultant at Southern Company

Feroz Mohammad has an extensive work experience in the field of technical consulting and application development. Feroz started their career as a Programmer Analyst at Intense Technologies Ltd. in 2001 and then worked as an Assistant Consultant at TCS from 2004 to 2012.

In 2012, Feroz joined AT&T as a Senior Technical Lead Consultant before moving to Macy's as a Senior .Net Lead Consultant in 2013, where they developed a Network Security level Dashboard application.

Feroz also worked at McKesson in 2013 as a Senior .Net Lead Consultant, where they were responsible for application design and product planning.

From 2014 to 2015, Feroz worked at Rollins, Inc. as a Senior .Net lead Marketing Technology Consultant, contributing to the development and protection against termite damage.

In 2015, they worked as a Senior Technical lead Consultant at ADP, involved in processing COBRA enrollment and claims using the SHPSClaimsAppeal tool. Feroz then returned to Southern Company as a Senior Technical Lead Consultant, where they designed and developed the Energy Direct management tool.

Feroz's most recent position is at Anthem Inc, where they worked as a Senior Technical Lead Consultant from 2019 to 2021.

Currently, Feroz is working as a Senior Application Lead Developer at Southern Company. In this role, they are responsible for application design, architecture, and development using Microsoft Application development platform and cloud computing using Azure platform. Feroz also focuses on migrating applications to the cloud and upgrading to next infrastructure. Furthermore, they collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Business Analysts for product planning and engineers solutions.

Feroz Mohammad completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they obtained certifications as a Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate and an Azure Developer Associate from Microsoft in March 2021.
