Kolby Kwarcinski

Kolby Kwarcinski is an Engineer II at Southern Company, with a career spanning from co-op positions to full-time roles since January 2019. Kwarcinski's experience includes work in Bulk Power Operations and Transmission Planning, focusing on operational studies of the bulk electric system and the long-term planning of the transmission system. Kwarcinski contributed to real-time studies analyzing the effects of generation, outages, and generation interchange on the transmission system, as well as strategic planning for future developments. Kwarcinski holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama, graduated in December 2021.
