Michelle Pierce

Michelle Pierce has extensive leadership experience in customer service and marketing technology, currently serving as the Director at Southern Company since February 2018. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Executive Director in Advisory Services at EY, where responsibilities included leading advisory services for a major utility client in the Southeast. Michelle’s career at Accenture spanned over two decades, culminating in the role of Managing Director, alongside early experience in post-sales support within the Foundation Software Organization. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
