Paige Ridgway

Paige Ridgway, PE, currently serves as Project Manager and Senior Engineer in Generation Planning and Development at Southern Company, focusing on battery energy storage development in the Southeast and supporting real-time solar and storage operations. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Engineer in Project Development at Southern Power, where energy storage projects were developed both independently and in conjunction with solar or wind projects. Additionally, Paige has worked as a Senior Engineer in Regulatory Affairs for Southern Nuclear Operating Company, contributing to the licensing and construction of the Vogtle 3&4 nuclear plants, and held a co-op position in Design Engineering Oversight at Southern Nuclear. Paige holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Energy Business from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Alabama.
