Sarah O'Brien

Sarah O'Brien is a data scientist and co-chair of the TWIG (Technical Women in Georgia) Personal and Professional Development at Southern Company, where collaboration with cross-functional teams enhances enterprise SaaS platforms through data science and machine learning. Sarah is also a member of Rewriting the Code and served as an undergraduate teaching assistant at Georgia State University, assisting with course operations. As Vice President and Outreach Program Coordinator for Girls Who Code at GSU, responsibilities included managing the club's budget and coordinating events with professional engineers. Prior experience includes roles at Glossier, Inc., Rena's Italian Fishery and Grill, and various customer service positions. Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Georgia State University.
