Frances Penny

Frances Penny is an accomplished academic in nursing education, currently serving as an Associate Professor and Director of the EdD in Nursing Education at Southern Connecticut State University since August 2016. Frances has also been an Assistant Professor and a Board Member on the Board of Advisors for the Georgetown University School of Nursing since September 2023. Additionally, Frances has held the position of Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University since April 2020 and served as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Connecticut from September 2011 to June 2016. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science from Georgetown University, a PhD in Nursing Science from the University of Connecticut, and multiple master's degrees in Public Health and Nursing from The Johns Hopkins University and the University of Connecticut.
