Terrance Jones

Terrance Jones is an accomplished athletic administrator with extensive experience in various leadership roles within collegiate athletics. Currently serving as the Director of Athletics and Recreation at Southern Connecticut State University, Terrance previously held positions such as Assistant Athletic Director of External and Stadium Operations at Jackson State University and Deputy Director of Athletics at Alabama State University. Notable achievements include optimizing organizational workflow, strategic planning, and budget management. Terrance also contributed to marketing initiatives while serving as Senior Associate Athletic Director of External Operations at Delaware State University and Assistant Marketing Director at North Carolina Central University. Educationally, Terrance holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Delaware State University, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, and two Bachelor of Science degrees from North Carolina Central University in Sports and Recreation Administration and Recreation/Sports Management.
