Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in online sales of organic products aimed at body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana holds a position as Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously operated as the owner/manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana has also worked as a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
