Greg Pasco

Greg Pasco has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Greg currently works at Southern Cross Healthcare as the Head of HR Operations and Head of Business Partnering. Prior to that, they were a student at the NZ School of Food & Wine, where they completed a culinary program. From 2012 to 2022, Greg worked at Westpac New Zealand Limited, where they held positions such as Head of HR, Senior HR Manager, and Chapter Area Lead in Agile Coaching. Before joining Westpac, they worked at Deutsche Bank as an HR Business Partner and Graduate Training Manager.

Greg Pasco earned a Master's degree in Commerce (HR & Org Strategy) from the University of Canterbury, where they attended from 1995 to 2000.
