Renee K.

Renee K. has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare and insurance industries. Renee is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at Southern Cross Healthcare, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, Renee worked as a Delivery Manager and Project Manager at Te Whatu Ora Waitematā from January 2021 to June 2023. Renee also served as a Business Improvement Specialist at Auckland Council from February 2020 to December 2020.

In their earlier career, Renee held roles at Waitematā District Health Board, including Project Manager from April 2017 to January 2020 and Quality Improvement Specialist from April 2015 to April 2017. Before that, they worked as a Business Process Improvement Analyst at Brand Developers Limited from March 2014 to March 2015.

Renee began their career at Vero Insurance New Zealand, where they held various roles including Lean Specialist from May 2012 to March 2014, Strategic Business Analyst from May 2011 to May 2012, Advisor - EPMO from May 2008 to May 2011, and Programme Office Coordinator from May 2007 to May 2008.

Renee K. completed their Bachelor of Computing and Mathematical Sciences degree in Information Systems from The University of Waikato between 2000 and 2003. Additionally, they obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2022, PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2016, Change Management Practitioner from APMG International in October 2013, and Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) - MENA in December 2012.
