Courtney joined Southern Cross Helathcare during 2016, following many years of experience in management roles within major food distributor, Foodstuffs. A very experienced property development manager, Courtney has a strong focus on achieving the successful completion of property projects in support of the organisation's business and growth objectives.
Courtney's team of building services and property professionals manage a complex property portfolio, including advanced facilities and a wide range of clinical technologies.
Courtney has a background in design and project management, and a post graduate qualification in business, majoring in Engineering Management. He uses his expertise to apply strong governance models to the management of investments and the delivery of technically sophisticated projects.
He enjoys uncovering and exploiting opportunities to challenge established design concepts. Courtney brings a holistic philosophy to the many challenging development projects that are part and parcel of the country's largest private surgical hospital network.
