Karen Gaston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property and management services. Since co-founding Bluesummer Properties in 2009, Karen has served as Co-Founder and Director, overseeing a range of operations. Additionally, Karen co-founded Southern Cross Support Services PTY LTD in July 2011, taking on the role of Co-Founder and Managing Director, where responsibilities include board governance and financial management. Karen also co-founded CRUX Management Services Pty Ltd in 2011 and previously worked as a Training Manager at Skillcentred Queensland from 2005 to 2009. Educational background includes attendance at North Bundaberg State High School from 1983 to 1985.
