Kris Myers is an experienced electrical and software engineer currently working at Southern Environmental, Inc. since December 2013, where responsibilities include designing electrical systems and programming controllers for Electrostatic Precipitators and Filter bag houses, along with performing startup and maintenance on associated controls. Prior experience includes serving as Reactor Control Supervisor and Training/Maintenance Supervisor in the US Navy from December 2007 to September 2013, overseeing personnel in nuclear power and propulsion systems maintenance and training. Kris Myers also held roles as Radiological Controls Technician and Electronics Technician in the US Navy from December 1995 to August 2005, focusing on radiological safety and maintenance of electronic systems. Kris Myers holds an Associate of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from James H Faulkner State Community College, and completed the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program.
